Registration Dates and Equipment Rental
Saturday March 1, from 11 am – 2 pm.
Wednesday March 5, from 7 – 9 pm.
Wednesday March 19, from 7 – 9 pm.
Saturday March 22, from 11 am – 2 pm.
Wednesday March 26, from 7 – 9 pm.
If the school is closed during the day it will not be open for community activities that evening.

Player must be present
Provide a photocopy of Birth Certificate / Proof of age
Provide Health Card Number
Parent / Guardian must complete and sign the registration / waiver form
if the participant is under 18 years of age
Camp Fee of $120 – Cash, cheque or money order payable to Forest City Thunderbirds
Players are responsible for their own equipment for spring camp.
Spring Camp Football Equipment Rental:
Dates: Peewee and Bantam players may sign out equipment on the following dates:
Tuesday March 4th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Sunday March 16th from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Tuesday March 18th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Sunday March 23rd from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Location: Equipment will be issued at the LMFA storage facility located at
100 Bessemer Road, N6E1R2
Cost: The fee for the equipment rental is $45 except for players who are registered with the LMFA for the 2014 season.
